St Austell Library

Coronavirus

St Austell Town Council - Service Status

Due to Covid-19 St Austell Library is now open as a “click and collect” service.

Customers can make reservations online and pick up their books from the library at a convenient time. Books can also be dropped off at the same time.

In order to ensure that the library is Covid-19 safe for the public and staff, this service is operating out of the foyer only. The area is being cleaned regularly with clear instructions on how to pick up and drop off the books. There is plenty of signage both inside and outside of the library to help keep everybody safe.

The times to pick up and drop off books, Monday to Friday are:

9.00am to 12.30pm  (Surname A-L)

1.00pm to 4.30pm   (Surname M-Z)

(Flexibility around these hours can be arranged by separate negotiation).

Two public access computers and printing are now available for 45 minute sessions between 9.00am and 4.00pm. Booking is essential by contacting the library on staustell.library@liscornwall.org.uk or by calling 0300 1234 111 and asking for St Austell Library.
