Located between Woodland Close, Margaret Avenue and Elizabeth Road, Woodland Close covers 1.1 acres and provides a large grassed open space with swings and goalposts. Surrounded by residential housing and accessible via public footpaths from all three roads, the site offers a valuable recreational area for informal play and outdoor activities. Since the Town Council took over the management of this site 12 trees have been planted.
